Cindy is a true believer that all women can achieve what they set out to accomplish. She is passionate about teaching and helping others achieve their goals. Her foundation as a Certified Nurse Practitioner is the driving strength of her career in the medical device industry where she’s earned multiple awards including the highly competitive President’s club.
Cindy graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science degree in Nursing.
Living in Virginia, she’s married with 2 daughters- one in college and one in graduate school. As a former Ironman Triathlete, she now enjoys shorter-distance swimming, cycling, & running, as well as pilates and peloton. Time with friends and family is something she cherishes along with opportunities for travel.

Cynthia (Cindy) Ficara
Lisa is a 46-year-old career woman, wife, and mom to four children. She was born into a medical family: her father is a retired Orthopedic Surgeon, and her late mother received her EdD in Nursing and Educational Psychology.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her family while traveling the US and abroad. She and her family enjoy all outdoor sports including but not limited to running, biking, snow skiing, hiking, and horseback riding. Lisa loves to empower other women and men; encouraging them to look past their current situations and strive to achieve their dreams. She believes that if you put in the time and effort and stay humble and grateful; you can accomplish anything you put your mind to!
