Courtney Tranberg- started her career as a full-line associate sales representative with Smith + Nephew Orthopaedics in Reno, Nevada in 2017 after graduating from the University of Nevada. In this role, she covered joint reconstruction, extremities, shoulder, and found her passion in orthopaedic trauma. The thrill of trauma add-ons is still what keeps her motivated! After over six years in the field, Courtney expanded her role into management. She has had experience working as a direct employee and under distributors, now working for Legacy Orthopaedics, Inc. where she spends her days as the VP of Sales for Trauma and Extremities, still representing Smith +Nephew in Northern Nevada and Northern California. Courtney loves to connect with new people while learning about and educating others on new technology and is extremely loyal and dedicated to her team. Patricia Choquette-Patricia was an Army brat but spent high school in Kansas City, Missouri. After 2 years at a military service academy, she graduated with a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City. She worked in South Korea before starting her sales career 16 years ago. She spent several years in software sales before breaking into medical device sales.Since entering the Med Device industry, she's been Rep of the Year 4 times with 2 different companies, and a top 5 ranked rep every year. She's won Presidents Club every year since her entry into the Med Device field as well as numerous other awards. In her current role she grew her annual sales from 100k in sales to $6.5million in 4 years. She is active in supporting the Marfan Foundation.Patricia and her husband Brent have 2 boys, aged 9 and 11.

Kelly B. Emerton, PhD-(Senior Director, Product Development of Advanced & Robotic Surgical Technologies): Dr Emerton runs product development as the Team Leader for the robotic and laparoscopic surgical stapling portfolio, where she oversees and leads all facets of medical device development to get Medtronic’s critical programs to product launch. She currently sits on two Boards and lends her expertise of 16+ years in product development across three other Medtronic business divisions (Spine, Aortic, Structural Heart), as well as formerly with Cleveland Clinic (CC) Hospital (Cleveland, OH) & 3 CC spin-offs, and Artivion (formally CryoLife).
